Our stay was wonderful! The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety that really surprised us, and the room was clean and spacious. Those overpriced lobby drinks caught us off guard. We'd definitely come back!

The personnel was particularly friendly and endeavored. The breakfast was rich and very good.

The staff were super friendly and helped us whenever we asked. The location is perfect for getting around, just a short walk from the Metro. The breakfast was tasty, though having more variety would improve it.

We found the lobby drinks a bit pricey, so make sure to budget for that if you plan to grab a snack or coffee during your stay.

Great service throughout my stay. The spacious room was clean and well-maintained, but the noise from nearby streets could be a distraction at times. The amenities provided a comforting experience, especially the delicious breakfast offering.

The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Always available to offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast with a lot of options. Free wifi in the lobby is a plus.Although the hotel was outside the city center, it was a short walk/very short metro ride. There are plenty of restaurants and excellent shopping in the vicinity.

nice hotel,not too close to down down as it appearse on map 20 minutes walking,very kind polite helpfull staff, the room was very nice with tea &coffe making facilities although two pags each wasn't enough but fair,excellent breakfast was amazing with alot of varaities mixed with waiters smiles..

little bit far from the city sight seeing and central station but the hotel is located in a rich shopping area which i may call shoppers heaven.

The lobby may look nice, but the carpet is as old as time. I expected an upgrade for paying top dollar, but no such luck. Breakfast? More like a sad excuse for food, €20 for the bare minimum! Next time, I won't bother with this place. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

The location in the Louise area is perfect both for shopping and digning. It is about 25 mins walk from the Gran Place , but it is quite a pleasant walk. The staff at the reception were very helpful especially the gentleman.

The price paid should include the breakfast.

There is no separate heating in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet was seriously impressive—huge variety and super tasty! The staff were also super helpful about tourist spots. Though, there was some street noise at night. 😅

Breakfast is ok. There is a lack of variety. The only thing I really don't like about this hotel is that it doesn't have free wifi. Also, the map nh hotel provides is poor comparing to the map provided by Warwick.
